New Delhi, November 3, 2005: CICO Technologies Limited, the leading manufacturer of construction chemicals in South- Asia has been rated for "High Performance Capability" by CRISIL. The rating has been assigned a " 2B".

After due consideration and audit CRISIL has assigned a "2B" rating to CICO Technologies Limited indicating "High Performance Capability and Moderate Financial Strength". CRISIL is India's leading independent credit ratings, Financial News & Risk advisory company that conducts research on the economy, industries and companies, global equity research, fund services and risk management. It's an arm of 'Standard & Poor's', the world's foremost provider of independent credit ratings. With presence in 20 countries and markets, Standard & Poor's is a useful part of the world's financial infrastructure in providing investors with independent benchmarks.

CICO Technologies Limited has earlier been accredited with ISO 9001:2000 certification by BSI Management Systems and most of its product carries the Bureau of Indian Standard's certification marks.

The rating is an indication of CRISIL's opinion on the company's performance capabilities and financial strength.
