Human Resource: The most precious and critical of all resources, CICO today is empowered with high calibre professionals drawn from reputed business houses as well as developed from within, over the years.

Academical: Senior scientists from the most prestigious R&D institutions have been an integral part of CICO's endeavours in ongoing R&D in its quest to continuosly test the new limits of improvement and excellence.

Financial: Besides being equipped with its own, CICO, in partnership with Commonwealth Development Corporation -UK, has the required financial strength to meet its growing business objectives.

CICO's Contracts Division -

Time has proved that concrete structures demand maintenance and timely repairs that help in implementing the 'Design Life Norm'. To facilitate these functions, CTL has set up its Contracts Division that would deal in rehabilitation of concrete structures with a team of expert and experienced professionals. The main areas of activity are:

1. Rehabilitation of concrete structures on turnkey basis,

2. Non-destructive testing of concrete and diagnosis of distress,

3. Durability planning for new concrete structures that are subject to
   aggressive environment.
