CICO SYSTEM OF TOILET WATERPROOFING TREATMENT

1. FLOOR

1.1 Application of two coats of TAPECRETE P - 151 - Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementitious (PMC) slurry coating on the sunken floor over rendered surface; turned up and finished upto the floor level. The second coat is to be applied after the first slurry coat has dried.

1.2 Application of one coat of TAPECRETE P - 151 - Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementitious brush topping over the PMC slurry applied surface. The PMC brush topping should be applied after the last PMC slurry coat has dried in the form of a 20mm thick a 1:4::Cement:Sand Mortar.

1.3 Providing a protective layer over the treated surface

1.4 Filling the sunken portion with proper filling upto the desired level after placement of the required pipings.


2. WALLS

2.1 Application of two coats of TAPECRETE P -151 - PMC slurry coating on the side wall over rendered surface and turning upto dado/skirting level.

2.2 Application of one coat of TAPECRETE P - 151 - PMC brush topping over the PMC slurry applied surface upto the dado/skirting level.

2.3 Providing a protective layer over the treated surface in the form of 1:4::Cement and Sand Plaster.


Note : Mix proportions for PMC slurry coating and PMC brush topping are provided at the end of specialisation for roof waterproofing.
